Personal Shopper is an application where the customer can have a personalized video call with a specialized advisor, improving the customer experience, reinforcing the shopping process and advising on each of the products in the store

Features for the consultant

The functionalities for the consultant are: 

  • Turn microphone on and off
  • Turn camera on and off 
  • Change the type of camera: Front and Rear 
  • Share the link of the call in case another customer wants to join the same call. 
  • Product search engine to send the highlighted product to the customer and speed up the purchase process. 
  • List of the people who are connected in the call and also if they have the microphone activated or not. 
  • Notification via email of scheduled and assigned advisories and the client's entry in the call. 
  • When many people are connected, a carousel will be displayed at the top with the people with the camera on, you can hide this carousel and set the person you want.

Features for the customer

The functionalities for the client are: 

  • Request or schedule a consultation through the page of the product you are interested in. 
  • Turn on and off microphone 
  • Turn on and off camera
  • Change the type of camera: Front and Rear 
  • Share the link of the call in case you want to enter a friend, family member or acquaintance in the same call. 
  • Shopping cart, the summary of purchases you have in the store. 
  • Product highlight that will allow you to speed up the shopping process and add any product you have been advised about. 
  • Notification by email of the advisor's entry in the call.
  • When many people are connected, a carousel will be displayed at the top with the people with the camera on, you can hide this carousel and set the person you want.

Staff Configurations

At the time of installation you will be able to view three options in the administrator: 

Staff Configurations: 

  • Shopper personal management: Here you will be able to create and edit the information of the advisors that will attend the calls (Name, Email, Telephone, Collection to which he/she is specialized to offer his/her advice, Schedule of attention). 
  • Configurations: Here you can configure The name of the store, The text of the informative email of the advisor and the client, Definition of directing the client to the shopping cart or to the checkout immediately.
